He completed a general surgery residency at the University of Virginia and served as chief resident in surgery and as an instructor of surgery. Dr. Rosenberg's plastic surgery training was completed at the prestigious Northwestern University Health Sciences Center in Chicago, where he also served as chief resident in plastic surgery. It is one of the few remaining areas in medicine where you can treat the entire human body.
